If cancelling your registration on or before Friday 23 September 2011, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid less a $100 administration fee. After 23 September, no refunds are available, however substitute delegates may be sent. ALL cancellations made must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat via fax or email.
